For Job Seekers
If I register on USAGreenJobsNow.org, will my identity remain confidential?  Yes.  Your registration information is only used
internally and is not shared, sold, or released to anyone outside of USAGreenJobsNow.org.
 
How current are the jobs on USAGreenJobsNow.org? To ensure that all jobs offered on USAGreenJobsNow.org represent only
current opportunities, every posted job expires automatically 30 days from the date it was posted.  Recruiters and employers may renew
postings for positions still available after 30 days, but this must be done at the end of each 30 day period.
Do you require a membership?  No.  Our job board, resume posting, and recruiting services are completely free to job seekers.  You
may post as many resumes as you wish.  If you desire to have your resumes removed from our database, email us at
How do I change or stop the Job Alert e-mail notifications? If you have chosen to receive job alerts, our newsletter or email updates,
and you no longer desire to receive them, send an email request to services@usagreenjobsnow.org to be removed from our database.
Can I post my resume on USAGreenJobsNow.org so that potential employers can find me? Yes, we offer free resume posting.  This
service is offered at no charge and is strictly optional.  You are even able to upload your actual resume, cover letter and up to 2
pictures.  Additionally, USAGreenJobsNow.org will actively seek to match your resume to the employers that we actively recruit for.
How do I post my resume?  Click on “Post Resume” at the top of any page on our site.   Simply follow the instructions on the page.

How soon is my resume visible on the Site after I post it? Immediately.  USAGreenJobsNow.org is a real time database so that when
you post or renew your resume it is instantly viewable on the Site by potential employers and recruiters.
How long will my resume remain posted? All resume postings expire automatically 60 days from the date posted, but you may easily
renew a resume posting by resubmitting your resume at the end of that period
Can I renew a resume posting after it has expired? No.  Our database does not currently maintain resumes after 60 days.
How do I edit a resume posting I have already posted? Simply post an edited resume.  If you wish to delete a previously submitted
resume, contact us at services@usagreenjobsnow.org
Can I remain confidential when posting my resume on USAGreenJobsNow.org? Yes, you have full control over the level of
confidentiality you wish to maintain when you post your resume.  You have the ability to delete or change the information in these fields
and can thereby control your level of confidentiality.  Every resume posted on USAGreenJobsNow.org must, at a minimum, display a
valid e-mail address for employers to use to contact you.
For Recruiters & Employers
Can I remain confidential when posting my jobs? Yes, you have full control over the level of confidentiality you wish to maintain when
you post your jobs.  We do require that you provide us with your full contact information, but we do not share any information that you
wish to remain private.
 
How current are the resumes on USAGreenJobsNow.org? To help ensure that all resumes posted on USAGreenJobsNow.org are up
to date, every posted resume expires automatically 60 days from the date it was posted and is then no longer viewable by employers or
recruiters. Job seekers are given the opportunity to renew their resume posting at that time. 
 
How do I update my e-mail address, change my password or user name? Once you have logged into the database, you may click on
your user name in the upper left-hand corner.  You will be redirect to your information page.  You may manage your account information
from that page.
 
What if I forget my password? Click the “Log In” link.  Then click the “Forgot Your Password?” link that appears below the log-in form.
After you have followed the instructions, we will email you with a link you can use to change your password.
 
How can I find out when my USAGreenJobsNow.org membership will expire? We track your account status, and will update you on a
monthly basis on your account status.
 
Does USAGreenJobsNow.org automatically renew my membership when it expires?
No. USAGreenJobsNow.org does not automatically renew memberships. We certainly appreciate your business, and hope to foster a
lasting relationship.  It is our job to continue earning your patronage.  You will be updated monthly on your account status, and the
remaining time on services selected.
Is there a limit to the number of jobs I may post as a recruiter / employer? Employers who have selected one of our fixed term
posting packages may post an unlimited number of jobs, provided each position represents a legitimate, current job opening. Posting
jobs that do not exist will result in the immediate cancellation of your membership and access to our services. USAGreenJobsNow.org
reserves the right to delete any job posting that we determine is inappropriate, does not fit the focus of this Website (Primarily-
Renewable Energy, Clean Technology, and Environmental related industries) or that does not contain a valid e-mail address or Website
link.
 
How do I post my jobs?  For our standard job board postings, click on post a job from the employer page.  Follow the instructions to
complete your job post.  If you have chosen our JOBrand™ services, you may send your posting request via the JOBrand™ “post-a-job”
page.  The form allows you to upload your own custom pages, images, advertisements, etc.  Once you have completed the request, you
can expect your selected advertising options to appear on our website within less than 48 hours.
 
How soon is a job visible on the Site after I post it? Immediately. USAGreenJobsNow.org is a real time database so that when you
post or renew a job it is instantly viewable on the job board only.  Highlighted Employer positions take up to 48 hours to appear. 
Normally, your page will be active in less than 24 hours.
 
How long will my jobs remain posted? All job postings on our job board expire automatically 30 days from the date posted, but you
may easily renew a job posting for an additional 30 day period if needed.  Positions posted for highlighted employers will expire within
30 days, but may easily be renewed at your request.
How do I edit a job I have already posted? Click the "My Account" menu button and go to “List of All Jobs” to view your current jobs list
and then select "Edit" next to the specific job you want to update. Make your changes and click the "Save" button to save your changes,
which take effect immediately.  Use the JOBrand™  “post-a-job” page to send any corrections, edits, or updates to your job posting if
you are a Highlighted Employer.
How do I duplicate a job I have already posted? To duplicate a posting on our job board, follow the directions provided for posting
positions.  If you are a Highlighted Employer, send us a request, and we will promptly adjust your job postings page.
 How do I remove or delete a job from view of Job Seekers?   For the job board, log into your account, and follow the directions for
deactivating a job posting.  If you wish for a highlighted position to be removed or deleted, send an email to
