Salary $145,000 - $155,000 plus incentive

Req Description

• Ensure that products and solutions are specified and sold in the OEM Wind turbines.

This will have to be done with the support from the Wind Core Team.

• Work with Design houses, panel builders, consultants and OEMs´ • Develop,

establish and lead the Wind Power Vertical in NAM, with tasks including, but not

limited to: project definitions and goals, market studies, value analysis, and customer

behavior studies.

• Develop and implement Wind Power business plans. Establish the appropriate mode

and frequency for review.

• Establish and follow up key actions supporting Wind Power business development on

the NAM market.

• Monitor OR and OEM penetration progress on a quarterly base.

• Strengthen customer’s relationships

• Identify various strategies currently underway in business units, and serve as a

central point of coordination for those initiatives. To the greatest extent possible,

ensure that business units are working from a cohesive Wind Power plan.

• Identify and lead the Wind Power core team. This includes identification of key

stakeholders in various business units and ensuring that all members are

communicating openly with the expectation of achieving a common goal.

• Serve as NAM representative to the Global Wind Core Team.

• Sales Target Ensure demand side budget. Budget planning of Sales in alignment

with the Wind Power ISI and country managers Market coverage

Optimize market coverage by geography, channels and product lines. Develop new

customers and market segments and ensures profitable increase of local volume.

• Strengthen the customer relationship through market intelligence, market

communications, and local account management. Where appropriate, take active

personal role in sales. Be proactive in alliance and potential acquisitions.

Education Bachelor's degree Interpersonal Skills Excellent written/oral

communication skills Work Experience • 10+ years of general business leadership

experience, including management, P&L’s, and business development.

• 3 – 5 years of experience in the wind industry.

• Sales experience

• Good understanding of Wind Power components and associated technologies

• Ability to act and decide quickly

• Self driven

• Have a good knowledge of NAM market (customers, end-user, administration,

competitors, financial institutions…).
