Environmental Technician I

Associates will be placing protective barriers along shorelines and beaches as well as performing general clean up of the job

site.  All employees considered, are required to bring proof of physical ability to lift 40lbs consistently, from a physician. Willing

to receive certification and pass a 40 hour Hazwoper certification if needed.                                                                                  

Job Requirements:

•

High school diploma or GED

•

Six months to one year of experience

•

Must be able to lift 40 lbs. repeatedly

•

Must be able to pass 40-hour Hazwoper Certification training

•

Must be willing to work on an on-call basis

•

Must be able to work 10-12 hour shifts, 7 days a week, 4 months at a time

•

Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check

 

These are full time (70 hours per week) temporary positions that pay $10-12 per hour DOE.
