Before completing your registration to USAGreenJobsNow.org, you must read the following terms and conditions, and then
indicate your acceptance by clicking "I have read the terms of use" box at the bottom of the registration page.
General – By registering on USAGreenJobsNow.org you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. This contract
supersedes all terms and conditions and any previous agreements between USAGreenJobsNow.org and the User / Registrant.
All contents of postings and advertisements are subject to the approval of USAGreenJobsNow.org. USAGreenJobsNow.org
reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement, job posting or URL link, at any time, for any reason. Each User is
defined as one unique User with one unique password. Each password is for the sole use of the registered User of
USAGreenJobsNow.org and is not transferable.
USAGreenJobsNow.org is an Internet job posting and employment recruiting service specializing in the Renewable Energy,
Clean Technology, and Green Industry. We work with job openings such as R&D, Engineering, Chemistry, Product
Development, Sales, Executive Management, Construction, Climate Policy, etc.
USAGreenJobsNow is dedicated to furthering the development of green technologies and industry practices that will carry us
into the future, by connecting great candidates to great companies in the fields of Renewable Energy and Clean Technology.
We work in collaboration with businesses, government, and green organizations to promote quality careers and opportunities in
the green industry. We strive to provide the best employment services for employers and recruiters in an efficient and cost
effective manner.
By registering, USAGreenJobsNow.org requires you to establish an active membership subscription. You agree to receive e-
mail messages from us directly. USAGreenJobsNow.org will enable our members the opportunity to easily opt out of our e-mail
notifications on our submission form.
The contents of USAGreenJobsNow.org, and of all other Web Sites under the control of USAGreenJobsNow.org, whether
partial or otherwise (USAGreenJobsNow.org and such other Web Sites are sometimes collectively referred to as
"USAGreenJobsNow.org Sites") such as text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software and other
USAGreenJobsNow.org content (collectively, "USAGreenJobsNow.org Content"), are protected under both United States and
foreign copyright, trademark and other laws. All USAGreenJobsNow.org content is the property of USAGreenJobsNow.org or
its content suppliers or clients. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement and assembly) of all content on the
USAGreenJobsNow.org Sites is the exclusive property of USAGreenJobsNow.org and is protected by United States and
foreign copyright, trademark, and other laws. Unauthorized use of the USAGreenJobsNow.org content may violate these laws,
and is strictly prohibited. You must retain all copyright, trademarks, service mark and other proprietary notices contained in the
original USAGreenJobsNow.org content on any authorized copy you make of the USAGreenJobsNow.org content.
You agree not to sell or modify the USAGreenJobsNow.org content or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or
otherwise use the USAGreenJobsNow.org content in any way for any public or commercial purpose, in connection with
products or services that are not those of USAGreenJobsNow.org, in any other manner that is likely to cause confusion among
consumers, that disparages or discredits USAGreenJobsNow.org or its licensors, that dilutes the strength of
USAGreenJobsNow.org ‘s or its licensor’s property, or that otherwise infringes USAGreenJobsNow.org’ s or its licensor’s
intellectual property rights. You further agree to, in no other way, misuse USAGreenJobsNow.org content that appears on this
Site. The use of the USAGreenJobsNow.org content on any other Web Site or in a networked computer environment for any
purpose is prohibited. Any code that USAGreenJobsNow.org creates to generate or display any USAGreenJobsNow.org
content or the pages making up any USAGreenJobsNow.org Site is also protected by USAGreenJobsNow.org’s copyright and

Term and Termination - Postings and advertisements will automatically expire at the end of the subscription term and Users
will be sent notification via email prior. Users can log into their account and renew their membership or posting for at least 30
days after expiration.
These Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect while you are a User on USAGreenJobsNow.org. We reserve the right,
at our sole discretion, to pursue all of our legal remedies, including but not limited to deletion of your User content from the Site
and immediate termination of your registration with your ability to access USAGreenJobsNow.org. (Back)
Payment – All payments must be received prior to USAGreenJobsNow.org granting the Registrant any Site privileges. Credit
Cards, and Corporate Checks are accepted for payment. Any Registrant whose payment is not honored will be immediately
suspended from the Site and a 20% service fee will be added to the amount due. (Back)
Changes and Cancellations – Either USAGreenJobsNow.org or the Registrant may cancel this agreement at any time by
calling or emailing the USAGreenJobsNow.org at services@USAGreenJobsNow.org or through the Contact Us section of the
Web Site. If Registrant cancels any membership within 3 business days from date of purchase, USAGreenJobsNow.org will
provide a full refund. If however, a Registrant cancels any membership thereafter, the Registrant will not be entitled to any
refund of fees.
USAGreenJobsNow.org may also cancel the agreement if Registrant has failed to make any payment when due or has become
bankrupt or insolvent. The Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect while you are a User on USAGreenJobsNow.org. If
USAGreenJobsNow.org cancels a membership due to breach of terms, or failure to make payments, the Registrant will not be
entitled to any refund of fees paid. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to pursue all of our legal remedies, including but
not limited to deletion of your User content from the Site and immediate termination of your registration with your ability to
access USAGreenJobsNow.org. (Back)
Limitation of Liability – Any failure, interruption, or delay in service to the Site under this agreement, either in whole or in
part, resulting from technical difficulties or mechanical failure of computer equipment or internet service, or from strikes, labor
disputes, war or national emergencies, governmental restrictions, acts of God, or from any other cause beyond the control of
USAGreenJobsNow.org, shall not constitute a breach of this agreement. Any damages sustained by User as a result of
USAGreenJobsNow.org’s breach of this agreement shall be limited to an amount equal to the monies paid by User to
USAGreenJobsNow.org during the billing period in which the incident occurred.
USAGreenJobsNow.org makes no representations or guarantees regarding the truthfulness, accuracy, completeness,
timeliness or reliability of any documents posted by Users, or of any other form of communication engaged in by Users.
Documents may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. You agree that any reliance on Documents posted by Users, or
on any other form of communication with Users, will be at your own risk. (Back)
Miscellaneous – USAGreenJobsNow.org makes no representations or guarantees regarding the Content of the Site,
including, but not limited to, broken links, inaccuracies or typographical errors.
You understand that Users make the choice to respond to your postings and may, at their sole discretion, provide you with their
contact information and other data. While USAGreenJobsNow.org endeavors to provide the most accurate, up to date
information, the self-reporting User data may contain inaccuracies or errors and may be changed or updated without notice; we
do not verify job seeker or employer data and will not be liable for any such inaccuracies, errors or updates. In preparing and
submitting advertisements or job postings to USAGreenJobsNow.org you will abide by all applicable laws, rules, and
regulations regarding truth in advertising and equal opportunity laws. You will not use the service to commit a crime, libel,
slander, or infringe upon the rights of any third party.
You understand and agree that USAGreenJobsNow.org has not undertaken to act as your agent or representative in dealing
with any job seeker, unless contracted to do so, and will not be your advocate or agent in any way. You are responsible for
negotiating all interviews and financial arrangements directly with the job seeker. USAGreenJobsNow.org does not guarantee
that documents posted by Users will result in Candidates being hired or positions being filled, and is not responsible for any
employment decisions, for whatever reason made, made by any User.
You understand that Employers may choose to contract USAGreenJobsNow.org for employment recruiting services. Users
that choose to submit their resume to USAGreenJobsNow.org’s website will have their resume reviewed by our recruiters in an
effort to meet the human resource needs of the Employers that we are contracted with.
Employers understand and agree that employment and recruiting services provided by USAGreenJobsNow.org are governed
by a separate contract, terms and conditions, which are provided prior to entering into a contractual agreement with
Security - Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the Site, including, without limitation: (i)
accessing data not intended for such User or logging into a server or account which the User is not authorized to access; (ii)
attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures
without proper authorization; (iii) attempting to interfere with service to any User, host or network, including, without limitation,
via means of submitting a virus to the Site, overloading, "flooding", "mailbombing" or "crashing"; (iv) sending unsolicited e-mail,
including promotions and/or advertising of products or services; (v) forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header
information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.
Violation of these Security Rules may result in civil or criminal liability. USAGreenJobsNow.org will investigate occurrences
which may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting Users who
are involved in such violations.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida: both parties expressly agree to be subject to the
jurisdiction of Florida courts. No conditions other than those set forth herein shall be binding on USAGreenJobsNow.org unless
specifically agreed to in writing by USAGreenJobsNow.org.
